2.1. The contractor shall be responsible for serving, but not limited to, the following tasks: 2.1.2. Offices, Cubicles, Corridors and Lobbies 2.1.3. Conference rooms 2.1.4. Sweep and mop all resilient floors. 2.1.5. Mop spillage spots from floors thoroughly. 2.1.6. Clean and remove soil marks and fingerprints from glass, tables, desktops, countertops, walls, doors, partition glass and interior windows. 2.1.7. Clean, sanitize, and polish all drinking fountains. 2.1.8. Clean walls and doors; including, glass, handles, and door frames. 2.1.9. Dust desks, chairs, tables, file cabinets, and any other furniture and accessories, but only if the surface is completely cleaned off. 2.1.10. Clean tops and ledges of partitions. 2.1.11. Vacuum all carpet including elevators as applicable. 2.1.12. Vacuum outer and inner entrance walk-off mats. 2.1.13. Empty and clean all recyclable and trash wastebaskets. 2.1.13.1. Replace plastic liners as necessary. 2.1.13.2. Return baskets to proper positions. 2.1.14. Remove all trash from the building and empty into dumpsters which may be available outside. 2.1.15. Spot clean carpet 2.1.16. Sweep and mop all stairwells, clean handrails, remove all debris including cobwebs. 2.1.17. Clean all doors, walls, baseboards, ledges, countertops and partitions thoroughly. 2.1.18. Dust or vacuum all vents and area around vents. 2.1.19. Dust all accessible window blinds as needed. 2.1.20. Perform all high dusting (over 6 feet) as needed, such as cobwebs in the corners of ceilings, tops of partitions, window ledges, door frames, filing cabinet tops, light fixtures, etc. 2.2. Restrooms 2.2.1. Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, seat covers, toilet paper, urinal screens and replace waste receptacle liners as needed. 2.2.2. Empty and wipe out all waste paper receptacles and feminine waste containers. 2.2.2.1. Return baskets to proper positions. 2.2.3. Clean all mirrors with glass cleaner. 2.2.4. Clean and polish all metal surfaces, dispensers and furniture. 2.2.5. Clean and disinfect sinks, toilet bowls, underside and tops of toilet seats and urinals. 2.2.6. Clean all walls and all partitions free of splashes, fingerprints, smears and dirt. 2.2.7. Sweep floors and wet mop with a germicidal solution. 2.2.8. Clean all walls and toilet partitions thoroughly with a disinfectant/sanitizer chemical. 2.2.9. Pour hot water down the restroom floor drains weekly if applicable. 2.2.10. Descale fixtures, using acid type bowl cleaner. 2.2.11. Dust or vacuum all vents as needed 2.2.12. Thoroughly clean all Doors, Walls, Baseboards and Ledges.
