Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pinal County Public Works (County) is seeking experienced Contractors to provide Asphalt Maintenance and Repair Services on an as-needed basis at various project locations throughout the County utilizing the Job Order Contracting (JOC) project delivery method. It is the intent of the County to select four (4) contractors for contract award. The individual job order assignment maximum amount is $2,000,000. It is the County’s intent to enter into a cost plus fee structure.During the term of the JOC, work is performed as a series of individual job orders assignments. Individual projectsmay require the expenditure approval of the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. Each job order assignment, initiated by the owner, is defined cooperatively by the owner and contractor. A scope, schedule and price are negotiated and agreed upon. Then the contractor is directed to proceed with the work. Job Order Contracting may include design services, pre-construction services, construction work, maintenance and as-built documents.
