Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. At a minimum, the Itinerant Aircraft Services Provider (IASP) will provide the following services during the term of this contract: Be available to provide services seven (7) days per week, including holidays, for at least sixteen (16) hours per day; Provide general information to the flying public and provide assistance regarding local aviation services and local area lodging, catering and ground transportation options; Provide public facilities for pilots and passengers, including at a minimum, but not necessarily limited to, restrooms, waiting area with seating and flight planning amenities; Provide aircraft ramp services including at a minimum, but not necessarily limited to, parking guidance, fueling, towing, and window washing; Access to and from the aircraft through the Airport’s access control system; Operation of Unicom radio, and other necessary public information involving the airport operations and status; Collect fees for itinerant tie-downs, as needed; Employment of an appropriate number of properly trained and/or certified personnel to provide a level of service that presents Falcon Field Airport as a high quality, professional, and friendly airport. B. IASP is not responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of the itinerant aircraft tie-down parking area. C Itinerant Aircraft Services Provider(s) will have the right to collect and retain revenues from the operation and management of the itinerant aircraft tie-downs/terminal parking apron and will remit a mutually agreed-upon fee to the City for holding the Itinerant Aircraft Services Agreement. This fee may be adjusted in the future through mutual agreement by both parties. D. IASP shall not utilize any part of the Itinerant Parking Area for the storage of an aircraft for a period exceeding thirty (30) days unless otherwise approved in writing by the Airport Director.
