Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will provide design support services consisting of presenting advice and technical consultations relative to installation techniques and procedures for the City of Phoenix as needed. The selected firm’s responsibilities may include, but not limited to, attend design meetings and project engineer demonstrations, support the engineer with research of existing conditions, conduct 30%, 60%, 90% and 100% reviews of the project plans and specifications, support the engineering consultant with the understanding of the Water Service Departments standards for instrumentation and control systems, and is required to maintain and update the standards if revisions or acceptable changes have occurred during the design review process. The selected firm will also coordinate design reviews and construction and commissioning inspections and other requirements with the firm selected for Electrical and Arc Flash support services.
