The source for cinders supplied by each bidder shall be documented as a legally designated mine by the Arizona State Mine Dept. 2.0 Quantities and Locations 2.1 1,400 tons to be delivered to three different locations: 2.1a – Sheephill Yard – 5600 E Commerce Ave, Flagstaff, 86004 2.1b – Williams Yard – 1500 N Country Club Rd, Williams, 86046 2.1c – Williams Turn Table – HWY 64, Mile marker 189.6 (Can provide map if needed) 2.2 The quantity of 1,400 tons is an estimate. The Bid Form shows approximate quantities and may vary up or down based on the snow season and other factors.
