Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project is to provide new construction services (including minor incidental design services) for the Intersection Improvements Project at Hunt Highway and Attaway Road. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials as required (except as indicated otherwise in the specifications) to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications and plans required for the Town of Florence. The existing operations and functions of Town’s facilities shall be maintained during construction. It is anticipated that the construction activities will be coordinated and phased in a manner that will not compromise the ongoing operations. In addition, background checks and contractor identification badging for security access to Town facilities, sites, and properties will be required.
