The intent of this contract and specifications is to obtain a source(s) for repair of damaged guardrail, replacement of outdated guardrail, or replacement of guardrail that is out of specification, as deemed by Yavapai County. It is expected that this contract will be awarded to multiple vendors. The work shall consist of the repair, installation, or removal of guardrail in accordance with: Arizona Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, rev. 1990 and all subsequent revisions thereto. Material: All materials shall be in accordance with the ADOT Standard Specifications or MAG Standards as specified. Surface finish (galvanized or weathering steel) of repaired or replaced guardrail components including posts, hardware and rail shall match the surface finish of the components being replaced.
