3.1. Specific Requirements: 3.1.1. The awarded contractor shall provide its own employees, supplies, and equipment, to provide the Grounds Keeping and Landscaping services in accordance with the requirements contained herein for a total fixed monthly rate. 3.1.2. The frequency and utilization of all services will be determined at the sole direction of the building supervisor or their designee. 3.1.3. Contractor’s personnel shall have experience and knowledge of: 3.1.4. Safety precautions in using pesticides/herbicides/fungicides and other plant chemicals and soil amendments. 3.1.5. Operating both powered and non-powered equipment necessary for the maintenance, trimming, and treatment of plant life, including but not limited to mowers, trimmers, edgers, and hand tools. All equipment shall be operated in a safe and professional manner in accordance with applicable regulations and manufacturer guidelines. 3.1.6. Shall be knowledgeable plant identification and health and be able to make recommendations regarding plant maintenance, and replacement as required.
