a. Arizona State Parks is seeking to establish an on-going purchasing agreement for purchasing of Gravel, Rock, and Supplies for Western Region State Parks outlined in Exhibit A – Locations List. Arizona State Parks intends to award this agreement to multiple suppliers. i. Requested items and specifications detailed in APP: under Items (F) tab. ii. Catalog discount for Gravel, Rock and Supplies b. Established Catalogs: Catalogs and price lists shall be made available in electronic formats upon request from an Eligible Agency and in accordance with § 41-2531: (a) Is regularly maintained by a manufacturer, distributor or contractor. (b) Is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers. (c) States prices at which sales are currently or were last made to a significant number of any category of buyers or buyers constituting the general buying public for the materials or services involved.
