Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) The designers will develop high-quality and compelling digital graphic image components that enhance the competitiveness of research grant proposals being submitted by UA researchers to federal agencies and foundations. 2) For each proposal, the graphic designer will be expected to work directly with the UA Principal Investigator (lead faculty). 3) The designers will conceive, design, and complete all requisite tasks to produce a proposal-specific graphic within: (i) the project timeline and budget constraints approved in advance by RDS; and (ii) the constraints of the specific agency or foundation solicitation. 4) All rights to intellectual property and produced materials will remain the exclusive property of UA, on behalf of the Arizona Board of Regents. 5) The successful candidates must have at least 5 years of highly creative graphic design experience, and a demonstrable track record of executing graphic design work for multiple clients.
