Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Phoenix will establish a list of qualified individuals to perform printing and design services for the City of Phoenix on an as-needed basis. Vendor will provide document design, editing and publishing services for planning documents including, but not limited to, the Phoenix General Plan, transit district plans, area plans and planning studies. Vendor shall provide PDD with graphics for necessary promotional material for community outreach which shall include, but are not limited to posters, banners, websites, flyers, pamphlets, maps and slide shows. Vendor shall be able to provide materials in editable formats when requested. Vendor shall be able to provide cartographic design, photography, storyboards, and visual data/information through graphic design.
