Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Scope of Work may contain, but not be limited to: Design and layout of Department materials for print, online, mobile, and outdoor (billboards, transit bus exteriors); Development of Department video promotional materials; Graphic design, layout, print preparation and Project Management of Department print media materials and event collaterals, such as County Fair book, Fair program, Fair maps, Fair poster, Fair flyer, and Fair tickets; Reformat print ready artwork to web optimized files for the Department website for easy download and web viewing; Submit electronic copies and compact discs of draft and final versions of all artwork/graphic design work related to the Scope of Work specified herein. All design work shall be submitted in a digital format accessible to the County; Other design tasks related to Department as needed; and All drafts, final designs, logos, and artwork related to the Scope of Work stated herein shall be the property of Coconino County Parks and Recreation
