MGAA is seeking proposals from qualified contractors/vendors to provide fire system testing, inspections, monitoring, and repair services for all fire sprinkler and alarm systems installed throughout the Airport’s property. The Airport’s property is comprised of twenty-nine (29) buildings and encompasses approximately 409,890 square feet. 1. The successful Offeror is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform testing, inspection, monitoring, maintenance, and repairs as detailed in this RFP and attached sample Professional Services Agreement (Exhibit 3) to the satisfaction of MGAA and in accordance with applicable laws, codes, and standards, and specifications outlined in this RFP. 2. Services under the resultant contract are to be provided during normal working hours, Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays. 3. It is MGAA’s intent to award a contract under this solicitation with an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) one (1)-year options to renew that may be exercised at the sole discretion of MGAA. 4. All prices Offeror submits under this RFP shall be firm and fixed for the first year of the contract period. Thereafter, price adjustments will be considered annually, up to 5%, provided the adjustments are submitted in writing with thirty (30) days' advance notice. Any change in prices are not valid unless agreed to prior, in writing, by both parties. 5. Any contract(s) resulting from this issuance of this RFP are subject to the terms and conditions as provided in the sample Professional Services Agreement (Exhibit 3). The information contained in the RFP and in the proposal submitted by the selected Offeror shall be considered part of the contract.
