Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall: 3.1 Implement a statewide system to provide direct services, support services, social services, short-term case management and referrals to the biological or adoptive parents of children under two (2) years of age, including unborn children; 3.2 Ensure the statewide system and services are available to all residents of the state of Arizona in both urban and rural areas; 3.3 Ensure services provided meet the cultural and linguistic needs of the community or populations to be served; 3.4 Ensure availability of direct, in-person services to include: 3.4.1 Prenatal Care, 3.4.2 Nutrition Services, 3.4.3 Adoption Services, and 3.4.4 Education and Employment Services; 3.5 Ensure availability of referrals to include: 3.5.1 Prenatal Care, 3.5.2 Medical Services or Medical Care (referrals only), 3.5.3 Nutrition Services, 3.5.4 Adoption Services, and 3.5.5 Education and Employment Services.
