Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Phoenix, Equal Opportunity Department seeks grassroots, community based agencies to provide Fair Housing outreach, training and education to the Limited English Proficiency (LEP), Refugee and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning (LGBTQ) communities in Phoenix. The scope of work may include but it is not limited to: Fair Housing workshops, community outreach events, Fair Housing intake referrals, media outreach, and the agencys availability to provide office space for Fair Housing intakes. The aim of these activities must be to increase awareness of their rights of fair and equal housing lending, leasing, and home purchasing, while providing them resources to report fair housing discrimination.
