The City of Mesa is soliciting Request for Proposal (RFP) responses from qualified and experienced vendors to design, provide plans, fabricate, and install new or repair existing park identification (ID), rule and building ID signs, and other including, but not limited to, signage listed below in the scope of work in various parks and facilities throughout the City. 2.5.1 SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall fabricate and install new park large ID signs and illumination; medium ID signs; park rules signs; building and ramada signs; vehicle signs; trail signs; sports complex signs; dog park signs; public health signs; warning signs; pool signs; LED illuminated monument signs; neon illuminated signs; kiosks; window vision wraps; historical signs; brushed aluminum letters, signs and logos; digital wall wraps; and miscellaneous printing per the specifications list below. Also, signage for other departments is included in this scope of work for, but not limited to Arts and Culture, AZ Labs, Downtown Transformation, Economic Development, Engineering, Facilities Management, Fire and Medical, Library, Police, and Workforce. When an old sign is replaced, Contractor shall remove existing sign and footers, haul away sign footers and debris, fill holes with clean fill dirt & compact, leaving the area clean and level to finish grade.
