Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) BID INSTRUCTIONS; CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM AND PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: BID shall be the demolition, installation and repair as shown in the plan set and as described herein only. Note that lengths as provided for reference only. Contractor is responsible for visiting site and consulting plans to calculate actual lengths. The Town of Gilbert expects that the bid will include all labor and materials required to complete the project. 2) DEMOLITION; CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: Remove the existing light fixtures and pedestals in the turf areas shown in the plan set and dispose of them per local regulations. Contractor to verify with Town of Gilbert representative prior to removal to assure that the correct fixtures are removed, and that damage does not occur to the wrong equipment. Existing wire will be abandoned, and can remain in place to avoid unnecessary damage to the existing planting and irrigation. Existing panels and meters to remain in place and will be upgraded per plan. 3) INSTALLATION; CONTRACTOR SHALL BID THE FOLLOWING: Install all equipment as shown, described and detailed within the Open Space Lighting & Electrical Plans dated March 2019. 4) REPAIR; CONTRACTOR SHALL BID THE FOLLOWING: Return all hardscape, irrigation and planting to pre-construction condition. Contractor and Town of Gilbert representatives shall tour the site prior to demolition activity to establish the pre-construction conditions.
