The City of Safford, Arizona, solicits interest from qualified persons or firms to provide FY26-31 Statements of Qualifications for On-Call Professional Services. Only persons or firms capable of providing the requested discipline categories of professional services will receive consideration. Disciplines include, but are not limited to, public relations, engineering, architecture (general and landscape), construction, archaeological, technical programming, inspection/quality control, and administrative. Firms can submit for one or more categories in a single response. The category or categories that the firm wishes to be considered must be clearly identified in the cover letter of the Statement of Qualifications.
