Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Scottsdale (the City) is requesting proposals for the purpose of retaining a consulting firm (the firm) to act as the City's Financial Advisor on all items of financing necessary to its operations including, but not limited to bonds, bank loans or direct placements, including but not limited to General Obligation, street and highway, water, sewer, solid waste and aviation special obligation revenue, Municipal Property Corporation, Water Infrastructure Finance Innovation Act, Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona, Community Facilities District, and Improvement District bonds and other related financial debt obligations. The City desires continuous and on-going support and frequent communication between bond sales as well as during bond sales.
