Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Independent Contractor shall provide the County the following Services and Products: -A ticketing solution software, laptops, printers, printer paper, and ticket scanning equipment. This includes: Advance Internet Ticketing Sales, Box Office Sales, Bulk Ticket Printing, Support Services, and or Ticket Validation (access control) components. -To act as a third party for merchant processing, including to collect, process and deposit all proceeds from credit card sales of tickets into a secure trust account. Funds will remain in this account until such a time that a settlement is performed and funds are dispersed to Coconino County. -Training support for Coconino County Parks and Recreation Department personnel in the use of ticket sales and scanning equipment.
