Specifications include, but are not limited to: In accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein, the City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for qualified firms experienced in providing Event Security Services for PCCD clients at the Convention Center, Symphony Hall, Orpheum Theater, and support locations including the East Garage Marshalling Yard and Tonto Marshalling Yard. Services include, but are not limited to, event security functions, loading dock and ramp management, vehicle escorts, and crowd management for a 62-month period commencing on or about November 1, 2023 or the “Effective Date” which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later
