Specifications include, but are not limited to: Event Security Guard Services for a two-year period commencing 10/1/2021. The City requires event security services during various city sponsored events, which are subject to change or cancellation by the city. The City will also use these services to augment current security requirements on an as-needed basis. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Provide special events security staff and crowd management services for City’s largerscale events Physically patrol assigned areas, including but not limited to, buildings, building grounds and parking facilities, to observe unusual behavior and deter criminal activity; Provide guard service outside or inside patrol on foot, or outside patrol Open and close entrances at locations, as needed; Log and control lost and found articles; Investigate all on-premises accidents and incidents, complete investigations and file written reports as required; Report all observed fire and safety hazards; Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas; Perform related security work as determined by the ordering department representative
