5.1. Start services upon award. 5.1.1. There shall be a transition of services period of not less than thirty (30) days. During this period, the Contractor shall work closely with the existing Contractor, or Contractors, personnel and/or staff to ensure a smooth and complete transfer of duties and responsibilities. 5.2. Maintain all licenses required to fully perform its duties under the Contract and all required permits valid and in force. 5.3. Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing Comprehensive Environmental Services in inpatient behavioral health Hospital settings. 5.4. Director and Assistant Directors must speak English and have a high school diploma or equivalent. 5.5. Dress code - Housekeepers are required to wear scrubs. Director and Assistant Directors may wear scrubs or business casual attire. Scrub Colors are determined by the Hospital and subject to change at contract amendment. Current scrub color for housekeepers is a navy-blue bottom with a multi-color scrub top. Same color designated scrub jackets may be worn. Solid white, black, gray, or blue shirts (long sleeved or short sleeved) under scrubs may be worn. Contractor shall be responsible for the purchase of all dress code items.
