Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Review current Fort Tuthill County Park Master Signage Plan • Meet with County staff for a project kickoff meeting to discuss schedule, work plan and goals and objectives for the project • Produce conceptual design for review • Based on approved concepts, prepare Construction Documents for submittal at 60% and 100% • Prepare Construction Cost Estimates at 60% and 100% 1 • Assist with fabricator selection, bidding and Shop Drawing review as needed • Work with County staff to develop a Phasing and Implementation Plan • Discuss overall theme and goals throughout the process with the County Concepts should include wayfinding systems, architectural graphics, signage, exhibit design, identity graphics, dynamic environments, mapping, and themed or branded environments. The design concept may also include the potential for dynamic digital technology, or elements arranged into systems which introduce the concepts of changing content, motion and interaction between a user in a place and information. 4.0 Submittal Requirements • A signed letter of introduction • A brief overview of your business, or organization. • References from other similar type projects. A portfolio with examples of previous work is encouraged.
