Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor’s exam shall offer linkage from essential function statements to knowledge, skill and ability levels required to perform the job of Firefighter to include:a. Required education level – high school diploma, GED or higherb. Required mathematics ability level at basic mathematics with some elementary algebrac. Required reading level at the ninth graded.
