This project involves new construction of an Allied Health Building that will deliver a comprehensive, purpose-built environment for healthcare education designed to prepare students for high-wage, high-skill, and high-demand careers. The facility will include flexible classrooms, simulation labs, specialized laboratories for nursing and allied health programs, collaborative study spaces, student support areas, and faculty offices. It will also feature dedicated conference and meeting space to support workforce training sessions, college and community events, and industry partnership activities. Additionally, the facility will include industry-standard clinical training suites and adaptable instructional spaces designed to evolve alongside advances in healthcare technology and workforce needs. The project is being developed in close collaboration with regional healthcare providers and industry partners to ensure alignment with employer priorities and regional workforce demand. Sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental performance will be central design considerations, and the project will meet or exceed all applicable codes, accessibility requirements, and industry standards.
