Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Operate sufficient children’s amusement park attractions/rides to cover the available amusement attraction/ride pads, which must include a train (provided by Concessionaire) that covers no less than one-half mile of track ; Operate and maintain the children’s amusement park in a safe operating condition and in conformance with all national safety guidelines and the standards of the industry ; Provide a sufficient number of pedal-boats to suit the public’s convenience; no less than thirty (30) pedal-boats must be available for rent during hours of operation. Boats must be pedal-operated; no canoes or other pleasure boats will be allowed. 2. Ensure compliance with state boating laws, including requirements pertaining to water capacity and number of boats. 3. Provide an adequate number of life jackets and safety vests in a variety of sizes to service a diverse population and maintain and replace life jackets as needed. 4. Provide and use a jon-boat for the purposes of towing pedal-boats, effecting rescues and notifying patrons of rule infractions.
