The selected vendor/consultant will provide a platform to conduct at least one managed annual Employee Engagement Survey (EES), and the ability for the Gilbert staff to create ad hoc selfmanaged surveys for various purposes.. 1.1. Survey Content: · Overall satisfaction with organization culture · Employee experience within teams · Growth opportunities · Available Resources · Well-Being Support · Likelihood to recommend to others 1.1.1. The vendor/consultant will assist with the survey design of clear concise questions covering key areas of focus as determined by Gilbert, and should have the ability for various question formats, such as multiple choice, open-ended, and Likert scale, as appropriate. Key focus areas likely include: Engagement; Manager Relationship; Performance 1.1.2. Management; Growth and Development; Resources and Support; Well-Being; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Empowerment; Teamwork; Future Vision. 1.1.3. An Organizational Psychologist on staff is required to add insight into survey design, analyzing results, and reporting out to Executive Team. 1.1.4. The platform should have the ability to pre-test and refine prior to live roll-out to the employee population. 1.1.5. Please include the option for one additional managed pulse (smaller) survey per year, as needed. 1.1.6. The survey will be distributed in the manner most accurate and efficient for the organization, to possibly include direct email, QR Code, Unique ID, Single Sign On (SSO) etc. Current FTE population is approximately 1,700 but could increase to 2,000 with seasonal/flexible employees. The number could increase by approximately 2 – 5% each year. Recent survey in May 2024 had completion rate of 71%, with 1,731 invited to participate and 1,223 responses. 1.1.7. Survey feedback will be used to create action plans to improve engagement as well as potential policy changes to increase engagement and retention.
