Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase I - Design The County see ks design drawings t o add a bathroom of approximately 150 sq uare feet to the West si de of the building and annotate optimal position of a 1,000-gallon septic system. The design shall i nclude the current structure within the design plans. Placement of utilities for the additionwill need to be annotated, as no utilities, except for power currently exist on-site. Al l bathroom components, as required by Federal and State laws, shall be Americans with Disabilities Act (“ ADA”) compliant and shall be included within design plans for use in the construction phase. The Contractor shall design a bathroom addition to include, but be limited to, one sink and one ADA compliant toilet with a small, lo cking storage closet with shelving for supplies. This additionshall also include a small tankless water heater for the bathroom, which shall be hidden fr om view, along with all other amenities, such as mirror, towel rack, toilet paper holder, etc. All utilities shall be hooked up to allow for running water from the City and wastewater to the septic tank. Phase II – Construction The County seeks a Contractor who shall complete the construction by design as approved within phase I – Design of this project. The Contractor shall install, and hookup all required utilities. The Contractor shall complete earthmoving and installation of septic tank within the designated location on the approved design. Construction shall be completed within the ADA requirements of the approved design. Construction shall not interfere or affect any currently existing infrastructure such as Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (“HVAC”), etc. The bathroom addition exterior façade and interior shall resemble the same quality and ambience as currently exists in the current structure.
