Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mental Health Services shall be provided as a related service in accordance with a student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). Services provided shall be in accordance with a site school-based intensive mental health program for students with disabilities and District-wide programs for students who require educationally related mental health services. Provider will be expected to collaborate with the District to provide evaluation services and team support for students including report writing and attendance at IEP meetings. Program services may include but are not limited to: Current Services Provided Counseling and therapy (individual and group) Family and Parent Counseling Intensive embedded site-based services Psychiatric Evaluation Behavior Intervention Residential (case management and monitoring) Assessment of Referrals Functional Behavioral Assessment Independent Educational Evaluation Medication Management ABA – autism skills building and support Spectrum/DDD Consulting Intake Assessment Behavioral Coaches All services will include consultation and collaboration with IEP Team members rather than a separately billed activity. Provider must maintain all necessary documents for MIPS (Medicaid in Public Schools) in accordance with direct service claims protocols and billing. This includes but is not limited to providing detailed records, time sheets and documentation to support services provided and to meet all reporting requirements for insurance billing purposes. Records by student, clinician, service and site are to be maintained. Provider is to work cooperatively with District members as necessary to complete filing of documents in a timely manner.
