Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. Milestone 1 3.1.1. Event: Contract signature and software subscription and SLA delivery. Initial provisioning of SaaS ERP; installation of third-party applications. 3.1.2. Acceptance Criteria: Contract signed and all applicable licenses delivered to County. ERP instance provisioned, able to login, third-party software installed and Software Documentation provided to County Project Coordinator. 3.1.3. Value: 10% of Implementation Services and 25% of Software Subscription Fees. 3.2. Milestone 2 3.2.1. Event: Project Blueprint (implementation plan, project schedule, staffing plan, and SOW) delivered and finalized, and detailed project plan delivered and finalized. 3.2.2. Acceptance Criteria: County Project Coordinator concurrence on the final SOW. 3.2.3. Value: 10% of Implementation Services and 25% of Software Subscription Fees. 3.3. Milestone 3 3.3.1. Event: Configuration of Software completed, and Technical and Power User support training completed. 3.3.2. Acceptance Criteria: County Project Coordinator concurrence that this milestone has been completed. 3.3.3. Value: 30% of Implementation Service. 3.4. Milestone 4 3.4.1. Event: Interfaces and data load/conversions delivered, and initial system integration testing completed. 3.4.2. Acceptance Criteria: County Project Coordinator concurrence that this milestone has been completed. 3.4.3. Value: 10% of Implementation Services. 3.5. Milestone 5 3.5.1. Event: Full integrated systems test, and end user testing/training completed. 3.5.2. Acceptance Criteria: County Project Coordinator concurrence that this milestone has been completed. 3.5.3. Value: 10% of Implementation Services and 25% of Software Subscription Fees. 3.6. Milestone 6 3.6.1. Event: Final Acceptance of the total solution. 3.6.2. Acceptance Criteria: Acceptance Testing Certificate signed off by County Project Coordinator or deputy. 3.6.3. Value: 15% of Implementation Services. 3.7. Milestone 7 3.7.1. Event: System operational 60 days and all issues remediated by Contractor. 3.7.2. Acceptance Criteria: County Project Coordinator concurrence that this milestone has been completed. 3.7.3. Value: 50% of Software Subscription Fees and 15% of Implementation Services.
