Specifications include, but are not limited to: PHASE ONE 2. The contracted consultant shall provide a complete business process analysis of the primary business areas leveraging the different platforms currently in use to determine the readiness of a modernization project. Consultant shall work with City staff to develop and document detailed existing (as is) and proposed (to be) functional and data requirements. Those areas include: i. Chart of Accounts; ii. General Ledger; iii. Signature Authority Management; iv. Encumbrances; v. Banking Management; vi. Fixed Asset Management ; 3. The contracted consultant shall provide a complete business process analysis of the secondary business areas leveraging the different platforms currently in use to determine the readiness of a modernization project. Consultant shall work with City staff to develop and document detailed existing (as is) and proposed (to be) functional and data requirements. Those areas include: i. Centralized Cashiering; ii. Employee Timekeeping; iii. Human Capital Management; iv. Payroll ; PHASE TWO 6. The contracted consultant shall provide project management services to assist the City in implementing the selected ERP platform. The contracted consultant shall develop a project management and implementation approach including phasing, staffing, etc.
