Specifications include, but are not limited to:The ERP Consultant will work with the ERP Manager and others as directed and perform the following services: 1. The Consultant will have experience working in Advantage systems as well as other ERP systems and will be able to provide business process improvement or process reengineering recommendations for each module. 2. The focus of the work effort will be on all implemented ERP modules as well as the prospect of implementation of Advantage Procurement and Advantage Vendor Self Service. The Consultant will make recommendations as to the benefits of implementing these procurement modules. 3. The Directors of Finance, Budget, Procurement and Human Resources are currently undergoing an indepth planning phase to determine the most critical areas of needed improvement within their respective modules. The outcome of this planning is expected to result in approximately 7 to 12 top priorities which will be further vetted through due diligence efforts by City staff. The Consultant will assist with or review the results of these due diligence efforts and will advise the City on best practice improvements in these areas. 4. The Consultant will conduct a gap analysis between the City’s business requirements and Advantage system functionality. 5. The Consultant will benchmark the Advantage systems as implemented in the City of Tucson with Advantage system implementations in other like government agencies. 6. The Consultant will benchmark the Advantage systems as implemented in the City of Tucson with non– Advantage ERP systems in other like government agencies. 7. The Consultant may be requested to interview department staff as needed
