This RFQu is for design professional services for work supporting CCC’s Campus Master Plan for Complete Reconstruction of the Fourth Street Campus as described under Divison II ‘Project Description and Scope of Services.’ CCC plans to redevelop its Fourth Street Campus into a modern, multi-purpose educational and community hub that will serve as a central resource for workforce training, lifelong learning, and community engagement on Flagstaff’s east side. This 72,000 GSF facility will replace an aging structure built more than five decades ago and transform the site into a dynamic center of student support, workforce readiness, and public collaboration. The new facility will expand access to training, learning, and community resources while serving as a long-term anchor for student success and regional growth.
