Consult with the Town of Gilbert to determine page counts, word counts, and story topics for all editorial sections of the guide • Agree to write, design, and provide all feature content in the guide (including cover, table of contents, feature stories, miscellaneous editorial departments as agreed, plus photography, calendar of events, charts, and listings where not provided by the Town of Gilbert) • Provide professional proofing and fact-checking • Agree to obtain business listings from the Town of Gilbert based on specs provided by the publisher and approved by the Town of Gilbert • Build templates and design the guide based on the current Discover Gilbert brand • Assign or solicit and purchase usage rights for photography. The publisher will also utilize Gilbert’s existing photography library • Advertising: Display ads to be sold by the publisher. Ad sizes and costs are to be mutually agreed upon. Ads will be sent directly to the publisher by advertisers. The publisher will handle all associated communications and billing. Advertising revenue will be shared by the Town of Gilbert and the publisher • Print and deliver (to one address) 20,000 copies of the guide by September 2026 • Create a digital edition/e-book of the entire guide • Pre-press production and print supervision, including final color proofs and electronic delivery of final files for printing and printing/manufacturing of the guide
