Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Phoenix Information Technology Services (ITS) desires to procure a fully managed Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) solution for the applications and systems identified in Attachment A. The City’s desired outcome is to improve IT resilience to ensure critical city applications and systems can be recovered and function at an acceptable level in the event a business disruption, a cybersecurity event, or a citywide regional or larger disaster incapacitates city data centers. The City desires a reduction in complexity, support requirements, and long-term costs of its disaster recovery (DR) program while meeting the Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) for the applications and systems listed; • Server image and production data replication to the cloud • Network element configuration during and for recovery operations; • On-demand Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) • Disaster recovery run book creation • Recovery Service Level Agreement (SLA) • On-demand recovery cloud for planned exercises and declarations • Automated recovery and failback between on-premises and cloud for workloads with immediate recovery requirements
