The Consultant shall provide comprehensive engineering services for the design and preparation of biddable construction contract documents for the Orange Grove/Rancho Mesa Verde Sewer Infrastructure Project. These services shall include, but are not limited to, the creation of construction plans, construction specifications, engineer’s construction cost estimates, and the construction contract. All plans and specifications must incorporate detailed backup information and electronic data storage, facilitating adjustments to technical requirements without restarting the design process. Documents requiring certification shall be sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Arizona. The Consultant shall perform all services in accordance with standard engineering practices and utilize the preferred alternative as outlined in the approved Preliminary Engineering Report (PER). The PER, Environmental Report, Pre-Design Technical Memo, Geotechnical Report and Aerial Survey have been completed and are available for use.
