Demolition of approximately 1,922 square feet sq. ft. masonry stucco house on concrete slab, along with a 910 sq. ft. detached garage on concrete slab, miscellaneous fencing, concrete, trees, bushes, and shrubs on a 1.84-acre parcel. Cell Tower and associated equipment is not included in the demolition. 2.2.2. Parcel 7-12710: Residential House and Property 2.2.2.1. Demolition of approximately 1,850 square feet (sq. ft.) slump block house on a concrete slab, along with 816 sq. ft. of horse stalls, three (3) sheds, miscellaneous fencing, concrete, trees, bushes, and shrubs on a 2.11-acre parcel. 2.2.3. Parcel 7-12716: Residential House and Property 2.2.3.1. Demolition of approximately 2,030 square feet sq. ft. slump block house on concrete slab, along with a 673 sq. ft. guest house and a 132 sq. ft. storage room on concrete slabs, four (4) covered patios on concrete slabs, miscellaneous fencing, concrete, trees, bushes, and shrubs on a 1.77-acre parcel. 2.2.4. The Department will have asbestos testing and abatement completed prior to any demolition. The Department will share the complete asbestos-containing material survey report upon request and it will be provided to the Contractor upon any subsequent contract award.
