Specifications include, but are not limited to:• Validate and update current programming and conceptual plans for solar. • Analyze current electrical consumption for the various services and meters located at City Hall and the surrounding Civic Center. • Validate the structural capacity of the current parking garage to support solar canopies. • Upgrade of the existing electrical infrastructure as required to accommodate the planned solar. • Development of complete schematic, design-development and construction documents. • Coordinate approval through the Planning Department and Development Review Board • Coordination of plan reviews and permitting through the City of Scottsdale One Stop Shop and utility companies
