Specifications include, but are not limited to: Yuma County (“County”) is seeking a qualified firm to provide Design-Build Construction Services for the design and construction of the County’s proposed Public Health Services Expansion, Renovation, Additions and Site Improvements, including the optional University of Arizona building project (hereinafter the “Project”). County’s purpose in seeking a qualified Design-Build team with appropriate knowledge and experience is to ensure the successful design, sequencing, construction documents and guaranteed maximum price (“GMP”) submittal and approval process with full construction services for completion of a cost effective, safe and efficient public health facility project, delivered on schedule and within the County’s identified budget.
