The ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (ADOT) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Proposers under Arizona Revised Statues (ARS) Title 28, Chapter 22, Article 1, relating to Public-Private Partnerships (P3), to utilize the design-build contracting procedure for the design and construction of certain capital improvements, consisting of a section of Interstate 10 (I-10) within multiple counties and within the Gila River Indian Community (Community), known as the Phoenix-Casa Grande Highway (I-10), State Route (SR) 202L (Santan/South Mountain) to Gila River Bridge project, and commonly referred to as the I-10 Gila River Indian Community Project (Project). The Project includes the widening of I-10, the reconstruction of traffic interchanges (TIs) at Wild Horse Pass, SR 347/Queen Creek Rd, and Riggs Road, the widening of the Goodyear Road grade separation, and Information Technology Systems (ITS), within the City of Phoenix, the Community, Maricopa County, and Pinal County. This Project is part of the overall I-10 Wild Horse Pass Corridor.
