Finalists will be selected based on the following factors as presented in the bidders response to this request: Qualifications & Experience Quality of administrative, recordkeeping, trustee and reporting services and systems for the plan sponsor and participants Consistent and experienced service team Experience in recordkeeping and administration of 457 plans, Roth 457 plans, and Health Savings plans Fully functional, secure, user friendly Website for both participants and plan sponsor Use of automation and technology in interfacing between vendor and City Experience with CGI Advantage ERP financial software Approach/Implementation Universe of investment choices (size and flexibility) Participant and plan sponsor customer service Employee education and communication program, including one-on-one guidance, dedicated educational representative(s), custom branded website and materials Thoughtful approach to the conversion including education plan, and transition planning On-line tools and capabilities to streamline and automate enrollment, deferral changes, beneficiary designations and distributions Ability to recordkeep custom stable value fund Fees and cost of the program Individual participant fees Revenue sharing earned on existing funds Fees required for full service plan administration
