The City of Phoenix, Library Department, Administration Division, invites sealed proposals for Customer Analysis, Segmentation and Engagement Strategy Services fora one year period commencing on or about February 2013 in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein.This Customer Analysis, Segmentation and Engagement Strategy Services project will create patron segmentation through a process combining demographic, geographic and data analytics to describe patron habits, values and lifestyles and group patrons relevant to the consumption of information and services. This project will provide patron segmentation for the analysis of patron needs. Through this knowledge, the library can create a more effective relationship with patrons and provide enhanced service and fulfillment to the community. The data should also help to inform other areas of Library service such as programming, collections, and so on.
