Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mesa Unified School District #4 is seeking pricing on custodial supplies stocked in the Materiel Distribution Center (MDC) Warehouse located at 143 S. Alma School Road, Mesa, Arizona 85210. It is estimated that the District spends $250,000.00 each year on custodial supplies. This is an estimated amount only and no quantity is implied or guaranteed. There is a total of 65 line items contained in this Invitation for Bid. Bid items referenced represent the present inventory of custodial supply items stocked in the MDC warehouse and will be awarded on a line by line basis. The intent of this bid is to replenish inventory of custodial items stocked in the MDC warehouse on a one-time basis. While no quantity is implied or guaranteed, the District will do an evaluation, on a periodic basis, for custodial supplies appearing on the items at reorder point report. Vendors receiving award of one or more products contained in this bid shall supply the District with the exact item specified and approved by the District, at the bid price offered in the vendor’s bid response (or approved by the District at the time of reorder) and deliver in a timely manner during the duration of the contract. The District reserves the right to exclude, during the term of the contract, one or more of the line items awarded to the vendor should the vendor fail to provide the quality of product(s) specified in the bid (and approved by the District), increase the bid price during the duration of the contract without the approval of the District and/or fail to deliver the product(s) in a timely manner.
