The selected Contractor will be responsible for delivering the following in a timely manner: A. Website Improvements & Content Management Archive outdated content Collaborate with security team to ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements Ensure accessibility of content for ADA compliance Implement branding guidelines, new logo, color palette, and visual content strategy Migrate and redesign website structure and theme on existing website content to improve SEO and customer experience Optimize on-site search and add searchable document repository (i.e., forms, license applications, ordinances, meeting minutes, permits, policies, etc.) Restructure site navigation intuitive customer experience and SEO searchability B. Analytics and SEO Optimization Collaborate with Economic Development Office to optimize content for tourism growth and international visitor engagement Collaborate with Public Information Office to optimize content for social media channels Develop SEO content to improve search engine visibility Integrate e-commerce capabilities for events, fitness center membership, and payment of services Integrate high-value content including video and photo media Set up and enable analytics tools across channels to obtain smarter insights and inform marketing, customer experience, and security: Event Management (i.e., Event Brite) Search analytics (i.e., Google Search, Bing, etc.) Social media Web advertising (i.e., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) Website and traffic (i.e., Google Analytics) Schedule analytics reports to be sent out weekly to management team
