Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 ERP Assessment – Change Readiness; • Review current environment setup and utilization including infrastructure; • Review support structure and budget; • Stakeholder engagement (e.g., survey, focus groups, or interviews) o Gather feedback on current usage and functionality; o Identify current problem areas, gaps, and future needs ; 2.2 ERP Market Analysis • Provide current higher education ERP market analysis including option for migrating current solution to the cloud.; o Include strengths, weaknesses, and possible gaps based on YC ERP assessment; • Provide cost and time estimates for each possible solution including migrating current solution to the cloud.; o Initial Investment Cost; o Implementation Cost; 2.3 ERP Assessment and Market Analysis Report • Produce report detailing the findings and recommendation related to the objectives above including the following: o YC ERP Assessment, Change readiness, Marketplace analysis, Assessment of business processes and potential gaps, Recommended organizational changes, Considerations for a possible ERP procurement; • Present findings to YC leadership
