Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor shall work at the designated project sites simultaneously. The Contractor shall complete all work within one hundred forty‐four (144) days for the four (4) base bid locations after receipt of the notice‐to‐proceed letter and purchase order. The Contract shall complete all work within one hundred eighty (180) days for all five (5) locations, four (4) base bid locations and one (1) alternate location, after receipt of the notice‐to‐proceed letter and purchase order. 4.2.All mechanical, plumbing and electrical work shall be performed by licensed worker in respective trade. 4.3.Subcontractors 4.3.1.The Contractor shall provide the following licensed subcontractors: 4.3.1.1. Mechanical 4.3.1.2. Plumbing 4.3.1.3. Electrical 4.3.2. Sub‐Contractors shall possess a current active license in their respective trades with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in similar projects
