PROJECT DETAILS 1. Project Location: Tolani Lake Senior Center in Tolani Lake, AZ. 2. Renovation: CPMD met with the Tolani Lake Senior Center to plan the project, draft a Scope of Work, and identify necessary equipment for this project. 3. Scope of Services Requested: Senior Center Renovation 4. Field-verify all equipment prior to ordering and installation BASE BID A. DEMOLITION Removed materials shall be transported to an EPA approved landfill. 1. RESTROOMS a. Gut out both rooms, remove all plumbing fixtures, supply and waste line, electrical system, heating vents and exhaust fans. b. Remove all sheetrock from walls and ceiling, remove floor tiles, and damaged subfloor. c. Remove affected area of the floor joist for new drainage location. d. Remove existing drainage piping to reconnect to sewer line. e. Remove partitions, interior doors and frames. 2. KITCHEN a. Gut out room, remove all plumbing fixtures, supply and waste lines, electrical system, heating vents and exhaust fans. b. Remove the range hood. c. Remove the Ansul system. d. Remove the base counter and wall cabinets. e. Remove all sheetrock from walls and ceiling, remove floor tiles and damaged subfloor. f. Remove exterior and interior doors and frames. B. MEN’S AND WOMEN’S RESTROOMS 1. Relocate new water supply lines and drains to accommodate for new ADA-compliant toilet and lavatory. 2. Repair and provide new finish flooring. 3. Provide new vinyl slider dual pane insulated window. Approximately 31” x 16”.
