Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Pinon Health Center (PHC), Facility Maintenance needs a Contractor to provide CONSTRUCTION services to roof repairments needed. Pinon Health Center experienced high winds causing the EDPM membrane to detach from the main roofing structure leading to exterior roof damage. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable product in full compliance with the Scope of Work, plans, drawings, and specifications as defined in the solicitation.
