Project: USDA Forest Service, Coronado National Forest, Nogales Ranger District (NDR) has a requirement for the modernization of the Security System for the Office Complex, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, 85621.
Project consists of installing an Intrusion Detection System to include: Video Surveillance; Physical Access Control System; Physical security Barrier at the front lobby; new vehicle gate for the complex; new fence and gate for air conditioning housing; new pedestrian emergency gate; updating exterior lighting at warehouse; replacing LEO evidence room door; re-key of District safe room.
Magnitude of project: Between $100,000 to $250,000. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 238990. Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract.
Organized Formal Site Visit: June 29, 2021, 1000 PDT, at the location – 303 Old Tucson Rd., Nogales, Arizona 85621 This will serve as the only site visit allowed for this procurement. RSVP with Contracting Officer to attend site visit: warren.abbott@usda.gov.
Offer Submission: Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.
